Refund & Return Policy

All UTX products are made to order.
Because each item is produced specifically for the customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to wrong size selection or change of mind.

Please review the size guide carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@utxtennis.com with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the issue

Once verified, we will issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost. In most cases, returns are not required.

Non-Returnable Items

• Wrong size ordered by the customer

• Change of mind after purchase

• Normal wear and tear

Refund Processing

Approved refunds or replacements are handled promptly once the issue is confirmed. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method.
